Great for beginners and a awesome display Tarantula
The Brazilian Grey Smoke is a very calm and docile tarantula, hardy and a pleasure to own. This tarantula has “urticating” hairs witch they will flick when provoked enough.
They aren’t particularly colourful tarantulas with an overall light brown to Grey smokey appearance, but they have a wonderful warm glow from the rich red-brown setae/hairs that are brightest on leg pairs 2, 3 and 4. But eats well and respond heartily to their meals.
