Tliltocatl albopilosus is a species of Tarantulas, also known as the Curlyhair Tarantula. The species’ native range is Nicaragua and Costa Rica. They are largely terrestrial, opportunistically burrowing spider.
This tarantula is covered in long bristles that have a characteristic curl to them giving them a unique look, which is why they are named “curly-haired” tarantulas.
The curlyhair tarantula is covered with dark brown to black bristles that start light in coloration as a juvenile and darken as the tarantula ages. (Great for Beginners)

My first Tarantula. Everyone needs this one or two or three. They are so calm and when they walk around in their enclosure you would think that they are on a permanent holiday. The ‘dance’ they do whilst feeding is so cute you cannot help but watch.
